Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.

Every since i found that i have read it to myself everyday, And then i realised, while yes you do have to figure out how to climb/go through/work around your wall you don't necessarily have to stare at it in order to achieve that. Go to a different place, A place with different walls that wont remind you of the current wall your facing. Find the bliss in something simple, natural and beautiful. Isak Dinesen once said that the cure for anything is salt water; sweat, tears or the sea." At the beach life is a different sort of time, It doesn't move hour by hour but instead by mood to movement. We live by the currents, plan by the tides and follow the sun. So as corny and clique as it sounds i say to you, just go out and find your ocean and allow it's beauty and perfection to put everything into perspective, because i can tell you now focusing on the wall wont help you cross it, It's not the wall that's the real issue, It's how you face it.
